為了能讓新老師更快的適應我們的英語教學，本月教研的主要目的是重新給大家梳理教學模式，規范大家的教案和月教學計劃書寫格式。
英語課堂中第一個環節就是“warm up”，一般有童謠、歌曲、游戲等形式。之前也給大家分享過一些相關的資料，不知道您還記得嗎？我們規定老師一周至少要學唱一首兒歌，并且要交給孩子們，這樣一學期下來，孩子就能表演十幾首兒歌，另外還帶大家學習了一些童謠，希望老師們分享給班級的孩子們。
歌曲：詳見《快樂英語》中，每單元的“Let’s sing and dance.”
童謠：推薦給老師們幾個，老師們可以自己創編動作，有節奏的說唱。
1、Finger game
One finger, one finger turn turn turn, Turn to a worm…
Two fingers, two fingers turn turn turn, turn to a rabbit, jump…
Three fingers, three fingers turn turn turn, turn to a cat…
Four fingers, four fingers turn turn turn, turn to a dog…

Who is the best one? I am the best one.
2、Number one touch your tongue
Number one touch your tongue,

Number six pick up sticks,
